One of the unexpected results of disseminating this information has been the questions and interactions I have experienced with our readers. As I have mentioned previously, I am surprised by the number of women who subscribe, and as a result, the topic of breast cancer comes up. Prostate cancer is the male version of breast cancer, for lack of a better description. Hormones and genetics drive both and there are striking similarities between the two, including the number of patients affected.
