Thanks again for sharing this wonderful food to help my health. I am going to start using chia seeds in my protein shakes. We have started making Mediterranean recipes for dinner. I’ll be honest with you. There are days when creating this newsletter and these videos feels like a grind. It takes time, energy and a level of consistency and dedication. But then a message like this comes in and it reminds me why I even started publishing this newsletter. To know that someone is not just reading, but actually changing how they eat and how they think about their health, that’s the entire point.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do this. If even one person starts adding sprouts, cooking real food or rethinking what goes on their plate because of something I shared, that’s a huge win for me. Hearing that I’ve helped someone take that first step, that’s what keeps me going.
