Thank you for sharing!
World Cancer Day is filled with slogans and statistics but I want to use it differently.
As I have said in the past, a cancer diagnosis has a way of compressing time. Decisions that once felt abstract can suddenly feel urgent. Information arrives faster than anyone can process it. I learned quickly that confusion doesn’t necessarily come from a lack of information. Sometimes there’s too much to digest. My personal experience is why Prostate 180 exists.
This newsletter is here to to help men understand what’s actually in front of them. To separate fear and confusion from helpful information. To explain what research really says and where lifestyle choices can support medical care rather than compete with it.
I feel like some men have no idea that their dietary habits are feeding the disease and working against what their oncology teams are trying to control.
On World Cancer Day, I’m reminded that outcomes are shaped long before the consequences are seen. My goal is to help provide some footing, especially for men who are newly diagnosed or watching their PSA change and wondering what comes next.
If this newsletter has helped you feel more informed or less alone, that’s my intention. And if you know someone who could benefit from my perspective, I hope you’ll pass it along. Please don’t mistake free for no value. I wish I had this resource years ago.
Blessings,
Dr. Chris <3
